POTENTIALLY FAULTY CAPACITORS IN SIEMENS POWER SUPPLY UNITS - Siemens has reported that a run of their PSU200M power supply units (PSUs) were potentially manufactured with faulty capacitors, leading to a power fault. ME Series Silicone-Free Construction - The Condair ME Series is supplied with a submerged UV system as standard to maintain hygienic operation of the unit. An option, silicone free construction was previously provided to allow installation in silicone-free environments. CLICK TO READ FULL BULLETIN

MLRO Submittal Corrections for Inlet Water Requirements - The current MLRO submittals present a table with information about the water supply. CONVERSION KIT FOR CYLINDER 607 TO 605 - As part of our effort to streamline our cylinder offering, we have previouslyannounced the phase-out of Cylinder 607 and will not accept any more orders.Electrode steam humidifiers using cylinder 607 must be converted to usecylinder 605, through the use of a one-time conversion kit, at the time of the next cylinder change. ULTRASONIC INTERNAL HOSE MATERIAL - The initial ultrasonic units produced between 24 Jan. 2019 - 15 Dec. 2019might have been manufactured with internal flexible hoses made from an incorrect material. RS & MES2 DELIVERY DELAYS - Due to recent issues within China we are experiencing delivery delays due to material shortages. SOFTWARE UPDATE FOR NORTEC GS CS/NX INTEGRATED CONTROLLER - This new 5.8 base software features an updated BACnet stack which allows the humidifier to be connected as a “master” device (in a BACnet MSTP network) as a standard feature - CLICK TO READ FULL BULLETIN

AF-22 AIR REGULATOR AND FILTER COMBO - A known issue, which may cause defects, in the AF-22 is oil found inside the air regulator and solenoid. This happens when customers add oil to their air compressors but do not incorporate an air regulator and filter prior to the humidifiers - CLICK TO READ FULL BULLETIN

CONDAIR RH FIELD TEST - FILL HOSE AND STEAM HOSE - The RH field test humidifiers were shipped out in April in a package that included various accessories. NORTECT RH2+ QUIET DRAIN VALVE - There is a version of the RH2+ (residential electrode humidifier) that includes a Quiet Drain Valve (QDV). A potential risk has been identified where the valve does not actuate properly leaving the humidifier unable to drain - CLICK TO READ FULL BULLETIN
