High-performance desiccant rotor

The desiccant rotor consists of a honeycomb structure made of fiberglass, coated with highly hygroscopic silica gel. Its flutes provide a vast internal surface area for efficient and effective moisture adsorption. Silicone-free, non-flammable, and largely maintenance-free, it is paired with self-regulating PTC heaters that prevent overheating and ensure safe, reliable operation without the risk for thermostat cutouts.

The Condair DA 300N-2400N range features a fully insulated, double-walled Magnelis® housing with 30 mm mineral wool for quiet, efficient operation. Optional AISI 304 stainless steel housing is available. Premium radial fans in a push configuration move regeneration and process air over the rotor under positive pressure, ensuring reliable operation even at very low humidity levels.

Tailored drying solutions

The Condair DA 300N - 2400N range adapts to your drying needs, offering PLC with touch screen, pre- and post-cooling, heat recovery and electrical. Special configurations for extremely low dewpoints are possible. Network integration via Modbus or BACnet ensures seamless industrial or commercial operation.

Reliable Push Fan

The push fan configuration enhances reliability by keeping the regeneration fan away from humid, hot air, reducing strain and ensuring long-term stable operation.

Site-Adaptive Cooling Coils
