New RO water purifier for humidifiers

Condair is launching the Condair RO-E reverse osmosis water treatment system, specifically designed for use with humidifiers. The Condair RO-E reduces the service requirements of all humidifiers and improves humidity control when used with steam humidifiers.

The primary service requirement of any humidifier is managing the limescale left behind when the unit boils, evaporates, or sprays water into the air. The Condair RO-E removes minerals from the supply water before they are introduced to the humidifier, significantly reducing residual limescale following humidification.

In steam humidifiers, this also improves humidity control, as the boiling chamber does not need to run dilution cycles to manage mineral levels. As a result, water temperature and steam output remain much more consistent.

Because the Condair RO-E has been designed specifically for use with humidifiers, the range delivers water with the ideal mineral content for each type of application. Steam humidifiers benefit from water that is approximately 95–98% mineral-free. This water quality provides a long service life for the water filter membrane, optimal water consumption, and a significant reduction in humidifier service requirements.

The Condair RO-E+ model, designed for spray humidifiers, delivers water that is 99% mineral-free. Highly purified water results in dust-free spray humidification, provides maximum hygiene control, and mitigates the risk of spray nozzle blockages caused by mineral buildup.

The Condair RO-E is available with an optional touchscreen controller that can be mounted directly on top of the unit or installed remotely. It provides intuitive control of all operations, as well as access to operational history. When used with any Condair humidifier equipped with the latest control interface, all RO-E functions can be managed directly from the humidifier's control panel.
