This page will have resources for both:

1. BUDGET QUOTE

2. HARD QUOTE

To request a hard quote, please send a completed Step 4 – RFQ – For Hard Quote Only (from the budget tool) as well as the below 4 items to na.applications@condair.com.

For support, please reach out to your RSM, or directly to Application Engineering.

#	Items Required for Hard Quote	Item Description	Why We Need This

1	Layout	Floorplan / schematic with: a. Proposed location of the pump station b. Each humidification zone clearly identified c. Dimensions of each zone, including ceiling height d. Equipment, racking, architecture or other obstacles that create an obstacle, cause an additional >50 ft of line, or reduce ceiling height e. Sensitive areas or equipment that cannot be wetted	- Determine locations of spray heads- Determine hardware, lines, hoses, etc. - Create an installation template

2	Load Sizing	Completed load sizing with: a. Estimated load calculation, completed in Help or in the budget tool b. State and city of the project site c. Desired temperature and humidity per zone d. If applicable, make-up air in the zone that requires humidification or air changes in the zone	- Confirm load and ensure equipment on site will meet desired setpoint

3	Mounting	Information on: a. Ceiling type, such as dropped ceiling, etc. b. Wall mount or ceiling mount for Solo heads, if applicable	- Provide proper hardware

4	Configuration	Please confirm: a. 208 V/3 ph or 480 V/3 ph pump skid b. If RO is available on site or required on the pump skid c. If DI water is required d. If pump redundancy is required on the skid	- Ensure pump skids are correctly configured with necessary/desired options
