VITA POWER
High-pressure pump
The high-pressure pump delivers the treated water under pressure to the nozzles, where it is finely atomized. It is particularly robust and reliable and has a service interval of 8,000 hours.
Reverse osmosis unit
Water molecules pass through a special membrane – this is how the water is purified. Virtually all impurities, such as salts, minerals, heavy metals, chemicals and microorganisms, are effectively removed in the process.
Deionization unit
Through subsequent ion exchange, pure water is converted into ultra-pure water: even the last traces of minerals and silicates are filtered out. To ensure that the ultra-pure water can be finely atomized, its very low conductivity is stabilized by the addition of CO₂. This process stage is particularly essential for highly sensitive applications such as cleanrooms, electronics manufacturing or offices.
UV reactor
In the final stage, UV irradiation ensures that the incoming water is completely and permanently sterilized. The high-pressure pump then provides a hydraulic water flow that ensures a fine mist is dispersed throughout the room.

Vita Power produces germ-free, demineralized water for large humidification volumes: whether 220, 660 or 1100 pounds per hour, the modular system guarantees trouble-free, hygienic air humidification.
Highly Energy-Efficient
The frequency-controlled high-pressure pump, optimized water consumption and precise distribution system reduce energy consumption to a minimum compared to other technologies.
Certified Safety
Depending on the Vita Power configuration, the DGUV certification also documents compliance with all hygiene and safety standards externally and minimizes liability risk.
Water softener
A water softener is recommended, as this provides protection against limescale, greater operational reliability and lower maintenance costs.
Water treatment
