Condair Champion FAQs

• If I conducted training or attended a Condair training session in Q1 of 2024 can I submit it for points even though the Champion program was announced in April of 2024?

  YES!  You can submit any training you did for customers or attended yourself from January until April.  These will still count for points.

• What is the responsibility of a Condair Champion?

  Each company will select an employee as their Condair Champion who will sign the Champion Agreement, agree to the program’s goals & objectives, and grow sales over the previous two-year average.

• What is the role of a Condair Champion?

  A Condair Champion will attend Condair Champion Bootcamp Training, attend/participate in Condair Agent Training (starting in May), develop and implement a sales growth strategy, liaison between Condair and Agent, have knowledge of Condair products & applications, assist Agent team with product selection & MEP/end user sales approach, coordinate training/sales meetings for customers.
  Conduct Internal Agency Trainings for collegues

• How long does the Condair Champion program run?

  The 2024 Condair Champion program will run from April 1, 2024 until December 31, 2024.
